Staffing Solutions is Oxford Healths internal temporary staffing bank, we source our own flexible workers to cover administrative placements in a variety of areas across the Trust. We help the organisation meet all its temporary staffing needs, allowing teams to continue to provide high quality care to service users.

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who pride themselves on providing excellent customer service to join our supportive and rewarding flexible staffing team.

We are recruiting a Flexible Administrator to support our team in Raglan House, Oxford. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs per week). This is a temporary assignment initially until end of July 2022, you’ll be working on a Bank (0 hour base) contract. We would love to see that you are available to start immediately.

In return we can offer you competitive pay rate of £14.32 per hour (£12.73 per hour plus 12.5% of annual leave) with the option of being paid weekly or monthly and a range of opportunities and experiences. 

  • Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments.
