Job Purpose

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor in the experienced hire talent acquisition team you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting exceptional candidates for allocated vacancies, developing candidate experience, hiring manager service and ensuring an inclusive approach to how we attract and select people.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Recruitment Managers to deliver efficient 360 recruitment: – using Mazars applicant tracking system to manage and track hiring processes from vacancy authorisations, vacancy advertising, developing candidate relationships and tracking applicants through the selection process, right through to offer generation.
  • Ensuring recruitment activities are fair, inclusive and compliant, aligned to the Firm’s talent acquisition processes and policies.
  • Posting job vacancies and marketing vacancies to maximise the attraction of talent, utilising all appropriate channels including LinkedIn.
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source talent.
  • Candidate management: candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, timely candidate feedback, hiring manager support, offer and supporting with on-boarding administration.
  • Supporting Hiring Managers with crafting accurate and detailed job descriptions.
  • Setting objective criteria for assessment and selection processes, alongside hiring managers.
  • Maintaining frequent valuable communication with hiring managers on an on-going basis.
  • Conducting talent market research.
  • Managing the engagement of third-party recruitment agencies, as required.
  • Supporting talent acquisition initiatives aligned to the Firm objectives.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • In-house professional services recruitment experience.
  • Experience of headhunting and direct candidate sourcing.
  • Proficient with using applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of using robust assessment and selection techniques.
  • Experience with shortlisting high-volume applications.
  • Experience of optimising recruitment advertising, including writing job descriptions and job adverts, utilising LinkedIn and other job platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating an effective style of communication and collaboration, both verbally and in writing.
  • Flexible with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities, effectively managing expectations when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • A positive, proactive approach and takes a pragmatic approach to resolving situations, using own initiative where appropriate.
