Job Description

Working partly remote you will be the first point of contact for all IT support enquiries. All within a company which is ever growing and provides social housing for the vulnerable. As the 1st line support technician within this organisation you will have the opportunity to know you are making a difference in people’s everyday life.

As a 1st line support technician you will:

  • Provide excellent levels of customer service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Repair and maintain hardware on site
  • Be the 1st point of contact for any IT issues
  • I would like to speak to 1st line support technicians who are well versed in repairing and maintaining software and hardware all while offering excellent levels of customer service.

    As a 1st line support technician the following experience is required:

  • Office 365
  • Troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of Networks
  • Windows server
  • Active directory administration
  • Phone systems
