Do you have experience working in the logistics industry?

We have an excellent opportunity for a permanent position working for a company based in Severn Beach, Bristol. This is an office based position.

The role is due to start as soon as possible following 2 successful interviews. There is huge room to progress within the company, so it is an exciting time to join!

Training:
You will be fully supported and trained for this role, with desk side, classroom and computer training.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (may occasionally be 10am-6:30pm)

Salary:
£22,000 – £25,000 based on experience.

Duties:
Receiving documents.
Logging and preparing files for import.
Invoicing.
Processing and monitoring shipments.
Data entry into operational systems.

Skills needed:
Good logistics / export industry knowledge.
Computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
Able to multitask and prioritise workloads.
Strong communication skills.
Customer service skills.
Proactive and dealing with issues in a timely manner.
