Job Title: Facilities Co-OrdinatorPay: Between – depending on experience.Contract: Temporary to Permanent.Hours: 40 Hours per week.

Do you see yourself getting into a career instead of just a job? My client is looking for a Facilities Co-ordinato working in a public environment for an immediate start in the Stockport area. The site has excellent transport options as well as local ammeneties close by. Please note this is a contract position with the view of going permanent.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

  • To manage excellent relationships with our client and suppliers, with a specific focus on managing the clients preferred supply chain partner for the delivery of Fire Risk Assessments.
  • To ensure that the operational aspects of his/her remit are delivered in accordance with any agreed SLA by an agreed programme of qualitative checks and control measures and to rectify identified deviation where appropriate.
  • To develop excellent client relationships through understanding the client needs, maximizing the services delivered and championing excellent customer care.
  • Undertake regular site visits as appropriate to evidence completion of remedial actions to quality standards as appropriate.
  • Any other reasonable requests.
  • Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience of supporting a business contract and/or providing support to a professional function.
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety inclusive of Risk Assessments.
  • A technical understanding of M&E is required for building management & systems.
