Job Overview
A varied role which will see you supporting the Supply Chain Manager in the day-to-day running of the business supply chain activities. Will primarily revolve around production planning and managing stock levels to achieve efficiencies. Will be joining a close-knit team at the heartbeat of a fast moving, high growth company. As our client grows the role and responsibilities expected to grow meaning there is scope to change how we currently do things as we gain experience. Will include an overlap with the rest of the supply chain team and understanding of their processes to provide support and cover.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Planning of production for the factory
* Managing finished goods stock holding at target levels
* Managing finished goods on site to feed our distribution
* Ordering raw material and managing forecasts with suppliers
* Tracking movement of stock through the business and investigating any discrepancies
* Supporting supply chain team in ad-hoc tasks such as stock counts, and goods in
* Developing a collaborative relationship with key internal contacts in production, finance, and distribution
* Contribute to various projects that we are taking on board as a team
* Opportunity to play a part in developing new processes as we grow
Qualifications

* Advanced Excel skills (competent in functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, PIVOT TABLES, etc.)
* Previous planning experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Strong problem solving ability
* Strong communicator at all levels
