The Role

Reporting to, and working with, the Admissions Team Leader for either EU & International or UK recruitment, the role holder will promote and provide excellent customer service to applicants and academic staff, and support the University’s admission processes and student recruitment strategy.

The postholder will be expected to work collaboratively as a member of the University admission’s team by supporting colleagues as required to ensure an overall effective and efficient admissions service.

The Person

The successful candidate will be experienced in providing high quality customer service and will possess strong communication, organisational and IT skills. A team player with the ability to manage a substantial workload accurately ensuring processes are efficient and effective is essential.

Applicants should have proven admissions experience in a Higher Education (HE) setting / experience of working in HE admissions with a good working knowledge of UK and International qualifications, UCAS systems and processes using SITS.

Recruitment and Admissions at Kingston University forms a large department within the Student Directorate encompassing recruitment and admissions across home, EU and overseas students.

It provides a strategic, operational and advisory service for the University on all aspects of recruitment and admissions. This includes course marketing, student recruitment, student admissions, website management and development, design & print, copywriting, editing as well as international development, visa and immigration advice, events and graduation services.
