Taking all customers queries via telephone and email efficiently managing issues
Processing all customer orders and managing returns
Have a great understanding of products involved to promote the company
Communicate with external vendors surrounding customer queries
Meeting team based KPI’s and handling targets
Good attention to detail is so important for this role and good IT skills too.
Office based, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
