Job Description

Due to continued growth, I am looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Manager to join a company based in Bedford. A brilliant opportunity to join a developing business, striving to offer the best work environment and benefit schemes with a hybrid and flexible work schedule.

Duties of the role include;

  • Developing and managing a team up to 15 call handlers
  • Developing KPI’s and ensuring targets are achieved
  • Coaching, mentoring and driving the team to be motivated and deliver a high level of customer service
  • Identifying and implementing training plans and personal development plans to improve the productivity of the team
  • Reviewing current processes and procedures to ensure targets are met
  • Monitoring call queues, response times and processes
  • Experience with conflict management
  • Working internally with other Managers and Leaders to achieve a common goal
  • If you’re ambitious, results-driven, have a proven track record of leading teams with positive results, a passion for teamwork and strong initiative this could be the next move for you. Ideally you will have a minimum of five years in a similar Team Manager or Supervisor role.
