What you will do:

  • Provide operational support and services to Robert Half employees, leaders, and business partners to maximise organisation effectiveness and performance across the company.
  • Partner with the wider HR team in a variety of areas including new starter and leaver processes as well as other HR related issues.
  • Act as the 1st point of contact for Robert Half employees, for all HR & Payroll related queries including benefits and HR policies & procedures.
  • Liaise closely with other operational areas of the business, to ensure the smooth and accurate administration of the functions.
  • Efficient day-to-day management of HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Creating new employee files and ensuring they are kept up to date.
  • Supporting the development of Robert Half’s HRIS to ensure and deliver comprehensive, timely and high-quality employee information.

What you will bring to the role of HR Officer:

  • Proven working experience of administration with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Service sector experience is advantageous, as well as experience working in a fast paced, change orientated environment.
  • Sound working knowledge of a HR system and familiar with data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine team player, who is equally capable of taking personal responsibility for delivering quality service, results and solutions.
  • Good analytic abilities and strong attention to detail.

You should have a passion for what you do and build on it with drive and tenacity.

You will enjoy working in partnership with colleagues across the business in a high performing environment and want to pursue a career in a consultative and solution orientated business.

You take ownership of your learning to develop your career.

You are a critical thinker who can make quick agile decisions with a determination to find the best outcome for all.

Location:

The future of Robert Half will see a hybrid working model; however, you must be prepared to be on site in our Birmingham office 1-2 days per week.
