Description of role and key deliverables:
The available roles are full time Monday – Friday and are 100% office based at our offices in Croydon. Candidates will need to be comfortable spending the majority of working hours on screen-based/IT work and responsive to changing work priorities.

The main function of the role is to carry out Home Office Checks on individuals applying under the European Settlement Scheme.

The Main duties of the role include.

” Processing tasks / cases within the agreed team targets and Service Level Agreements (SLA) with accuracy in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Security Operating Procedures.
” Taking responsibility of own allocated work stream, organising and completing tasks in priority and date order.
” Work as part of a team, demonstrating awareness of Home Office policy towards Equal Opportunities, Diversity and Health and Safety.

This is a temporary role for up to 6 months.
Full time – 37 hours per week Monday to Friday – Office based – Croydon

You may be required to work between the hours of 7:00am to 19:00 Mon – Fri. You will be working a total of 37 hours per week but may not always be working 7.5 hours per day. We can offer some flexibility in start times and on certain days there will be early finishes, however likewise there may be later finishes up to 19:00 on some days to ensure 37 hours are worked.

The pay rate is £14.84 per hour
