  • Monitoring a shared inbox
  • General enquires via email and phone
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Updating systems and data entry
  • Organising fitters diarys
  • Updating customers on progress of orders
  • Experience needed:

  • Good administration skills with 2 years experience minimum
  • Good IT skills and able to learn new processes
  • Keen, reliable and customer focused
  • Able to multitask
  • Local to the area or own transport
