As company Estimator you will be responsible for the preparation and submission of tenders for projects up to £8m, working closely with the Operations Director.

You should have previous experience in an estimating role within the construction sector, have good technical knowledge of construction and commercial experience.

Leading and building an estimating team to allow further growth of the business.

Key skills/knowledge requirements:

  • Appropriate Construction or Civil related – HND/Degree or similar.
  • All forms of contract including traditional, partnering, design & build 2 stage tenders.
  • Experience of using estimating software (desirable).
  • Well-developed Technical Construction Knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations and other industry standards.
  • Knowledge of BIM useful but not essential.
