Position: Warehouse Team Manager
Location: Bridgwater

Salary: Basic 28,350 + Nightshift premium £33,251

Shift pattern: 5 from 7 – 1 in 3 weekends off, 22:00 – 06:00

Holidays – 29 days per annum.

  • Manage team of up to warehouse and admin colleagues.
  • Monitor performance of colleagues.
  • Promote excellent health and safety standards onsite.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures.
  • Plan and manage staffing levels.

  • Previous experience in management role – Essential
  • Confident in communicating with colleagues on all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • Able to commit to permanent night shifts.
