We are currently looking for a well-rounded generalist HR Business Partner to support across 4 locations in Kensington, Fulham & Richmond and our Distribution Centre in Dartford. This is a hands-on & largely field based role providing pragmatic advice on all HR related issues, proactively and successfully balancing team member needs with strong solutions. Well versed in coaching and building leadership capabilities, you will have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver at pace.

With extensive and up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law, you will be adept at switching gears to deliver both transactional and strategic HR Support within a global, matrixed business. Accustomed to partnering with both internal and external stakeholders, the ideal candidate will be amiable, open & considered in their approach.

  • Main Responsibilities for HR Business Partner:

  • Lead investigations end-to-end, including intake, background research, investigative interviews, and debrief meetings

  • Partner with Legal, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders while conducting investigations and make recommendations on appropriate courses of action, matching investigation strategy to the complexity, risk, sensitivity of the investigation

  • Collaborate with other shared services and external stakeholders in analysis and revision of team member programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment

  • Review case data to identify trends and help to develop long-term solutions and action plans for systemic issues

  • Act as a subject matter expert in providing advice to the leadership team on all ER and policy issues

  • The Ideal Candidate for HR Business Partner will have:

  • Expert understanding of UK employment law, with solid experience conducting all types of Employee Relations, Policy development and complex investigations

  • Ability to coach, influence and challenge managers thinking to ensure the correct process is followed

  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy

  • Effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously

  • Experience with Employee Relations case management systems and analytics
