• Location : London
  • Status : Permanent contract
  • Salary : £29,645 to £32,553 per annum
  • Closing date : 13/06/2022
  • Interview date : 24/06/2022
  • This role provides a fantastic opportunity to become expert in the delivery and support of the technology platforms that support collaboration, and using these skills to make a significant impact on the work of the College. You will primarily work with the College M365 SharePoint and Teams environment, supporting and improving the use of Microsoft365 Groups resources for both internal use and collaboration with our members and other external partners. The nature of collaboration means that it is not always the College platform that is used, so you will also assist with the secure use of a range of other solutions in use for specific projects. The College collaborates extensively through hosting a range of meetings and events. These are a mixture of face to face, hybrid and purely online events, requiring the support of the inhouse AV solutions, as well as the conferencing platforms that allow the remote participation of attendees. You will work closely with your colleagues in IS and the wider staff team, ensuring your work is in line with IS standards and assisting with training and upskilling in the collaboration solutions.

Please note there will be two rounds of shortlisting. There will be an initial shortlist after the closing date (Monday 13 June 2022) where all successful shortlisted candidates will have to complete a work-related task and then after this there will be a further stage of shortlisting for the interview stage.

The College values a diverse workforce and welcomes applications from all sections of the community, reflecting the population it serves.

We are committed to building and maintaining an inclusive and supportive culture, a place where we can all be ourselves and succeed on merit. We aim to promote a more inclusive environment, which attracts all candidates and signals our commitment to celebrate and promote diversity.

We will consider putting into place appropriate reasonable adjustments for candidates who may have a disability.

We only recruit the best and in return for your commitment the College offers an attractive salary and benefits.

We operate a hybrid model of working on site (minimum 2 days a week) and working from home/remote, which helps to ensure a flexible work-life balance.
