Our global wellbeing team within RWE Renewables is looking for a Wellbeing Specialist in Continental Europe.

Your tasks

  • Ensure that wellbeing is an inclusive part of HSE discussions & business processes
  • Ensure the operational needs of the business, with regards to physical and emotional wellbeing, with key country specific stakeholders are taken into account
  • Promote implementation of the RWE RES global wellbeing strategy and roadmap for raising wellbeing as a HSE priority
  • Initiate and ensure the planning and implementation of global wellbeing campaigns
  • Develop appropriate tools, trainings, materials and instruments for managers and departments
  • Train managers, teams and ambassadors on physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Develop, process and evaluate key figures from existing statistical data and derive measures from them
  • Actively and closely cooperate and collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Support the continuous development of the we care strategy by ensuring the inclusion of wellbeing topics
  • Your profile

  • Successfilly completed university studies or equivalent in Health Management or wellbeing focused topic
  • Relevant internationally recognised qualification as a HSE/Health Professional
  • Extensive and up to date knowledge of physical and emotional wellbeing topics and matters relating to the Renewables industry
  • Experience in designing and facilitating trainings, workshops, communication
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective relationships internally with other business areas and externally
  • Solution orientated with excellent problem solving, judgement and decision making skills
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, MS PowerPoint and Outlook
  • English mandatory (written and verbal), additional languages an advantage
