Are you a Construction Project Manager looking at joining a growing business who work on regional work to the West Midlands?

The company you’ll be working for established themselves in the Midlands region no more than 5 years ago and since then, have done incredibly well, growing to over 100 headcount in this region alone. Working on building projects anywhere up to £40m in value, the variety of work here is something to keep you excited. Covering sectors not limited to; High-rise Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and more, you’ll be joining their core building business as a Project Manager.

Working on an initial project in Birmingham City Centre or surrounding areas, you’ll be expected to lead projects up to £30m with operational support from a Contracts Manager. With a strong pipeline in the Birmingham Industrial market, you can expect to be involved in Commercial schemes early on in your career here but you’ll never be pigeon holed into a sector.

As a Sunday Times Fast Track 100 business, this is a growing and robust organisation with plenty of room for progression. Never looking to stand still, if you’re a Project Manager with ambitions to move up the ladder, you’ll be given that opportunity just as fast as you can grab it in this business who are known to promote from within. Additionally, if your desire is to become chartered, then that’s something that can be facilitated also.
