• Construction Programme Manager (Interim)

  • The post holder is responsible for the management and coordination of the work of a team of Ten with four direct reports including; Construction Services Officer (x1) General Buildings Contract Manager (x 1) Windows and Painting Contract Manager (x 1) Senior Contract Surveyor (x 1) and Trainee Surveyor (x 1).

    Social Housing experience is essential – applicants without this will not be considered

    The succesful candidate will take Strategic Lead in Contract Management, making decisions contractually, managing overheads and prelimanry decisions. You will have a complete hoilistic overview of the programme, dealing with workstreams, cost efficiency, risk management, commercial awareness, commercial reporting and having a more strategic involvement rather than operational. You will be responsible for a service revenue budget of approx. £30m.
