Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7 / 6.30am-2.30pm 2.30pm-10.30pm rotational weekly

What does this job involve?

  • Support the team to follow safe and efficient production line operation.
  • Support the team to achieve the production schedule and ensure the orders are prepared to the desired quality
  • Support shop floor team to deliver their results following the standards
  • Support the team to follow Safety Standards and to help reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks
  • Ensure all products are produced by following the work instruction

We are looking for people who:

  • Previous experience in managing a small team
  • Production or Co-Manufacturing, experience ( FMCG Desirable)
  • Ability to deliver results
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
