Our client, who act to resolve financial disputes are looking to on-board two HR Partner positions, these are interim roles for 6 months with a possibility of an extension, hours Mon-Fri 35 hours per week, salary £65k, hybrid working roles. Location of the office Docklands London. You will be put through a stringent vetting process prior to starting.

  • The roles are to work across HR on various projects related to the periodic review
  • Our client requires someone who is experienced on working on change projects, designing and implementing progression framework, competencies and familiar with workday would be a bonus
  • Developing effective working relationships and influencing and challenging senior leaders
  • Developing our HR strategy and support the delivery our objectives
  • Driving all annual HR programmes of work and change programmes, for example proactive workforce planning, performance management, engagement, reward, restructures, learning programmes, succession planning
  • Providing insight, comfortable working with data to tell a story on what is happening across our client service providing solutions to any issues found
  • Supporting the organisation with structure redesign providing advice on structure design and managing the people implications of the changes
  • Promoting and helping to build an inclusive working environment
  • Leading people projects or being part of a project team delivering your local or the wider people strategy
