Job Title: Reliability Maintenance EngineerPay: Between – depending on experience.Contract: Temporary to Permanent.Hours: 40 Hours per week.

Do you see yourself getting into a career instead of just a job? My client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber working in a public environment for an immediate start in the Central Manchester area. The site has excellent transport options as well as local ammeneties close by. Please note this is a contract position with the view of going permanent.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

  • Assisting the Estates Management team with the effective management, security and operation of all plant areas.
  • Ability to effect fault diagnosis on plant and equipment of a more complex nature.
  • Manage & Delivery of all lifecycle step in works on site to all plant & equipment and following the detection of faulty operating problems. Reporting back to supervisors on a regular basis and ensuring all aspects.
    including Asset management processes and O&M documentation are followed, completed and in place.
  • Ensure the all works are managed from conception to completion and that all staff and contractor safe managed in their work.
  • Assure the requirements of the Healthcare Technical Memorandums, British Standards, ACoP’s and General Good Industry Practice are always applied.
  • Any other reasonable requests.

    • Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the corrective maintenance of all building Services.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the management of contracts and contractors.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned technical and engineering projects.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write reports.
