We are looking for someone with experience of collecting and analysing large, complex data sets from a number of sources and developing reporting suites to be used to support long term strategic and operational planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collect organisational data and develop a suite of regular reports to be used to demonstrate the current operational staffing position, historic trends and highlight current workforce pressures.
  • Identify critical positions within the organisation and thresholds for inadequate, safe and optimal staffing within each staff group.
  • Analyse complex data relating to the current workforce, identifying the gap between the present and the future, and propose solutions to enable the achievement of strategic plans.
  • Create a five year trajectory to demonstrate the staffing position over time, providing a forward view on where the key issues are likely to be.
