Due to expansion, we need a Senior Post Producer to join our long form production team primarily looking after broadcast and episodic projects.
Supervising and running the day-to-day project activity and resources to ensure productions are progressing efficiently through the facility to final delivery
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Working effectively with the rest of production team to cover resource scheduling, project management and billing
Responsible for the day-to-day project management and running of multiple productions being finished in the facility at any one time.
Working closely with the clients and internal team members to build workflows to specific project requirements.
Project managing all aspects of assigned projects to completion including sound and picture post
Overseeing the internal project team and ensuring that pre-production meetings take place and that effective communications are in place between all parties
Working closely with the Studios, Broadcasters, and Streaming services in creating and distribution of final deliverables.
Help manage freelance schedules, raise purchase orders and assist with billing as required.
Provide guidance and supervision during integral parts of the finishing process.
Provide regular costing and financial updates to clients.
Ensure work orders, costings and billings are processed in a timely fashion.
Liaising with operators on the progress of jobs to help ensure delivery schedules are upheld.
Helping to troubleshooting any problems with artist and the technical teams as required
Making sure that all the accounting and billing on all projects that you will be managing are up to date, in keeping with company protocol
Working with the clients to schedule in the productions that you are looking after, ensuring that the schedules are reflective of the bid and the work that is required.
Being open and able to negotiate with the production staff and clients when conflicts arise and challenges for bookings need to be made.
Keeping the client aware of the schedule that they are holding, and any challenge or conflict that happen throughout the project.
Provide support to other Producers on the team, particularly resource scheduling and billing, as well as gap coverage for project management or take on assignments as needed to help satisfy client needs.
Have in depth knowledge and experience of knowledge workflows for sound and picture post on high end productions
Good understanding of the process of creating, checking and delivering final content of the highest quality
Good problem-solving and ability adapt to Production changes and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Strong organisation and communication skills with good attention to detail

Business System Experience:
Familiarity with capabilities of DaVinci Resolve, Baselight, Flame and Pro Tools desirable
Microsoft Office 365: Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint proficiency
Familiar with facility scheduling applications such as Media Pulse, Ceta, or Xytech
Proficient with web applications and portals for job management
40 hour working week
Working week is typically Mon-Fri, however due to the nature of the job you may need to work some evenings or weekends when required.
