Working on a national basis the business identifies opportunities to develop existing buildings and land to provide high quality retirement homes and properties offering extra care.
The Role:
Preparing monthly cost reports
Dealing with subcontractors
Liaising with clients and sub contractors
Final accounts
Applications/ valuations
Pricing and submitting variations
