Accept Recruitment is currently looking for Pickers Packers to join a busy distribution centre based in Tamworth, B78 area.
Duties:
Picking
- Managing Picking orders
- Collating warehouse items from locations
- Ensuring quantities are correct
- Preparing correct items for packing
- Operating the company’s hand console programme
Packing
- Retrieving items from inventory or orders pre-picked ready for dispatch
- Ensuring shipping labelling is correct
- Ensuring items are put in the correct delivery locations
Splitting/ Sorting
- Use of the company’s hand held console
- Using the sort programme to scan items to check codes and quantities.
- An accurate counting ability is a must
- Putting items away in the correct locations
Requirements:
- Communicative level of English
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative
- Motivated and reliable approach to work
Shifts and rates of pay:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30 -17:00
- £10.50ph
