Adecco Stoke are looking to appoint an experienced and professional administrator to join our client located in the Hartshill area. Applicants will be responsible for providing administrative support to a small but busy team. You will need to have good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to assist with the following-

  • Receive and respond to routine enquires from customers by email, telephone and face-to-face.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including note taking and preparing documents.
  • Provide administrative support to COO and Marketing & Conference Coordinator as required.
  • To be responsible for updating and maintaining the Member’s database and ensuring the annual membership fees are paid and recorded.
  • Arranging meetings, supporting mail outs and advertising campaign activities, and production of board and sub-committee papers.
  • Complete data entry tasks as required using Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Assist with routine finance processing including raising invoices and recording payments.
  • This is a temporary role initially with the view to lead to a permanent position for the right person. Working Monday-Friday 20 hours each week (flexible). rate of pay from £10.00ph.
