You will be working as a Senior UI Developer for one of the UK’s most prestigious financial institutions with over a century’s worth of experience. You will be part of a permanent UI function within the Data Product Group. You will work to deliver multiple applications of functionality within our clients portal framework front end as part of a new set of greenfield microservice applications hosted in the Cloud.

Job roles:

  • Delivering a wide range of web UIs – focused around analytics & trade input.
  • Delivering automated test for the UI’s and Functionality being built
  • Estimating effort for work units, and delivering within those estimates
  • Working with our client’s Product team to advise on user experience and drive the designs
  • Work with their BA team to drive out requirements
  • Analysing and selecting appropriate libraries for use
  • Ensuring code is unit tested with tools executable via a CI pipeline

    • Key Skills required:

  • Experienced in Agile working Knowledge
  • Typescript experience
  • Axios
  • Cypress Testing
  • CI/CD experience

    • Useful additional skills:

  • Webpack
  • Material
  • Charting/Visualisation Libraries
  • Grid Libraries
  • Storybook

    • Our client is happy to offer a salary range of £85,000 – £105,000, alongside accelerated career growth and a variety of additional benefits.
