We are looking for an Admin Assistant who is driven to provide the best experience for our customers and is passionate about delivering value to the NHS to join our Ward Based Consumables team.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be working within the fastest growing medical device procurement organisation in the UK. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll ensure that the NHS benefit from receiving the best medical devices at the lowest cost, guaranteeing that people like you and us have access to the latest and best performing technology available.

  • This role will provide stretch and exposure within a busy, public sector focused environment
  • Be an active member of the Procurement team, supporting teamwork and joint learning and development initiatives
  • Supporting the Buying Team within a Hospital Related Consumables portfolio
  • Providing administration support in the day to day management and reporting of a number of Framework Agreements
  • Manage the receipt of customer purchase orders and liaise with other teams within the business to ensure all sales information is kept updated through the year
