Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Asset Management Analyst to join their Telford based team for a 6 months initial contract.


Skills Required:

  • Ensure all IT assets are recorded & controlled to comply with Asset Management processes
  • Act as prime interface with SAM partner ensuring they deliver expected deliverables and outcomes
  • Accuracy of the Asset register is maintained in accordance with agreed KPIs
  • To ensure that Hardware and Software Asset Audits are conducted within agreed timelines
  • Work closely with Project managers, Architecture and other technology groups providing advice and validate SAM related matters
  • Act as a focal point of contact for escalations and manage the escalation process effectively
  • To ensure that all Hardware and Software Asset Management controls are satisfied and running effectively and optimally as possible
  • Providing reporting to Stakeholders on Hardware and Software Asset data
  • Proactively raise risks and issues in relation to Hardware and Software Asset Management
  • To support other members of the team in their personal and professional development
  • Lead proactively on process and procedures improvements for effective and efficient Hardware and Software asset management
  • Maintains & delivers service improvement plans for Hardware & Software management
  • Keep abreast of HAM/SAM trends
