The Role
Commercial Analytics in Europe is a new venture with the objective to use Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning to help the Life Sciences Industry engage with Health Care Professionals in a relevant way and improve patient care. If you are excited about building a new offering in a start-up mode, developing and scaling data and advanced analytics solutions as well as working with a diverse group of expert colleagues, then joining our Commercial Analytics team is the right step for you.
As Cloud MLOps Engineer, your responsibility will be to lead the definition and implementation of our whole AWS pipeline. As part of the early data science team, you will be able to define and implement our initial AWS architecture and our MLOps framework and tools. You will also develop unique expertise which you will leverage to contribute to defining the product roadmap.
As Cloud MLOps Engineer you will closely work with our Head of Data Science, the wider analytics team as well as with customers. You will have a good understanding of the business problem and overall solution, allowing you to shape the technical components of our solution to achieve customer success. You are entrepreneurial, meaning that you take action fast and bring up new ideas if you see opportunities to improve what we do. As we grow you will help to recruit new colleagues and build our technical community. We expect strong performers to take on increasing responsibilities as they learn and grow.
Being part of an incubating venture will mean that we will face opportunities and challenges that today are unknown. As such you will not have all the required knowledge today but are curious and willing to learn and grow as a professional that is open to taking on new opportunities for advancement.
We are a Work Anywhere company and this position is remote with light travel in Europe to meet with customers or team members.
