Your responsibilities
To issue Production Orders in accordance with the Production Schedule
To create job packs
To report shortages for works orders in a timely manner
To conduct a pre-contract pick stock checks
To proactively chase shortages to ensure On Time Delivery is achieved
To document incorrect blll of material picks and escalate to ensure delays are minimised
To review and maintain stocking policies
To report all stock inaccuracy
To pick and despatch free issue materials
To proactively expedite Production orders to ensure On Time Delivery is achieved
To ensure relevant completed Production documents are scanned and stored on the Computer System
To attend Production Meetings and confirm status of Works Orders
To undertake other production duties as direct for staff cover such as bokking in of goods delivered, picking of works order and liasing with sales for stock availiability
Your qualifications
Required
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Strong attention to detail
Computer experience, with basic skills on Microsoft office and a production system.
A current, valid UK drivers licence.
Desirable:
Experience in working in engineering environment
Understanding of Microsoft Navision
