Operations Executive
Role Duties:
* Compiling Data from multiple sources
* Manage daily transactions between our systems and the central market
* Analysis of Water Industry data and resolve any data quality/matching issues
* Communicate with our customers via email and telephone
* Office administration tasks
* Customer Service administration tasks

Candidate Requirements:
* Microsoft Office particularly Excel skills to intermediate level
* Flexible approach to work with a willingness to learn new skills
* Ability to work in a multi-task, fast-paced environment
* Comfortable managing own workload and working independently
* Organised, methodical and passionate about accuracy
* Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
* The capacity to pick up new processes quickly, including software’s
* Experience within a similar role within the water industry is advantageous however, full training will be given.

Other Details

* Working Hours: 09:00-17:30 or similar, to suit personal circumstances
* Place of Work: 3 days office, 2 days home, following initial bedding in period
