Job Title- Constrcution Service Manager

Location-Doncaster

Salary- Up to £38,365

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will join a multi-disciplinary team that provide first class project management services for the efficient and successful delivery of multi-million pound constrcution, refurbishment and maintenance work.

You will;

-Act as the contract administrator/service manager by demonstrating your knowledge and experience of project planning, risk management, construction techniques, identification of defects and their remedy

-Establish, monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators to fairly, effectively and successfully manage the contractor in terms of its contractual and statutory obligations.

-Play a key part of improving local neighbourhoods and boroughs by being at the heart of the commercial management process
