JOB TITLE : Customer Service/Retail Manager

SALARY : £11.75ph

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager who will lead and motivate a small team to drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, manage costs and ensuring all operational, risk and compliance standards are upheld.


  • Delivering outstanding customer service in store.
  • Driving bureau targets & team KPIs to ensure that budgets are met and exceeded.
  • Dealing with customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Planning, prioritising and organising time and workload to ensure all colleagues are supported and bureau objectives are met.
  • Managing a team to ensure coaching and development, appropriate staffing levels, risk and compliance monitoring, policy and procedure awareness etc.
  • Driving product launches and in-store promotions/campaigns.
  • Nurturing strong working relationships with store management to drive business.
  • Experience & skills :

  • A strong record of performance delivery through increased customer service sales.
  • High level customer service skills.
  • Strong planning, organisational and decision making skills.
  • Leadership and attention to detail.
  • Basic IT and numeracy skills.
  • Strong cash handling and cost awareness abilities.
  • The ability to form and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues as well as internal and external stakeholders.
