Actual Salary: £15,357 – £16,954 p.a.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Cover Supervisor to be part of our vibrant and forward-thinking Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic unqualified teacher to contribute to our success.
This position requires high levels of energy and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent assertiveness and interpersonal skills. The primary role is to supervise students in the absence of a teacher and creating and maintaining a purposeful and orderly learning environment for students. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to provide a consistent approach (full training will be provided) and will be able to understand and apply school procedures. Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they are able to work under their own initiative, be flexible and respond positively to challenging situations.
The post will ideally suit those considering a career in education and wanting to build their experience and skills, or those seeking a cover role as a pre curser to taking up an initial Teacher training programme.
