Role Description

About the Role

With extensive contact with internal stakeholders (academic staff, and other service providing departments within the School of Management and University) you will provide efficient and accurate project and programme support within the Learning Delivery & Operations team and in doing so will enable the high-quality delivery of our executive development programmes both at Cranfield and globally.  

About You

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills along with your ability to work with close attention to detail.  Highly motivated and able to work independently you will be able to prioritise and manage a varied and demanding workload to ensure relevant procedures are followed and deadlines met. In addition, you will be proficient in all Microsoft office applications, with advanced PowerPoint skills; you will be a confident communicator with strong customer relations skills, and you will be able to demonstrate your ability to deal with people at all levels of the business.
