Adecco are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join one of our clients are their offices on Chester Business Park. This role will require providing professional and high-quality support to customers, on a wide range of products in the form of answering calls and responding to emails and chats.

Salary – Total package is £20,pa. This is inclusive of £18, base salary plus £1, bonus per year. On top of this employees are given a monthly restaurant card, topped up with £97.

Hours – 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, shift rotation (8am-4.30pm, 8.30am-5pm, 9am-5.30pm, 9.30am-6pm)

Location – Chester

  • Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working within a customer service focused role.
  • Experience with providing customer service over the telephone.
  • Ability to work proactively and flexibly, switching priorities when requested.
  • Strong team player and supportive of team goals.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional, clear and confident manner.
  • Main duties and responsibilities:

  • To respond effectively to any enquiries received into the Customer Care Team via telephone, email and chat.
  • Liaise with relevant departments when required, for optimal resolution of customer queries.
  • Ensure accurate recording of queries and complaints received, ensuring all relevant details and contact information is included.
