Customer Service Administrator

Location – Chelmsford

Hours – Monday to Thursday 8am till 4:30pm, 3:30pm finish on Friday

Salary – £22k

Adecco Chelmsford are delighted to be supporting this prestigious manufacturing company based on the outskirt of Chelmsford with the recruitment of Customer service advisor to join their busy and growing team.

We are looking for someone who is customer service-centric and can manage a busy work schedule. You will be part of a wider customer services team who looks after the client key accounts with regular updates on the progress of their products, providing quotations and general customer support.

Main Duties

  • Acknowledge customer orders and update existing orders as needed
  • Review and enter quotation requests into their internal database
  • Maintain and update customer information
  • Liaise with internal departments for a collaborative approach to customer timescales
  • Run reports and provide feedback to customers as required.
  • Be able to handle correspondence from emails/internal memos and presentations.
