Adecco are currently recruiting for a Contracts Engineer for our client in South Ayrshire.

In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of enquiries and orders for capital equipment under guidance from the Sales Manager and assisting to oversee other contracts within the department. To maintain a close long term relationship with existing customers through development and growth and to strive to deliver a quality product on time.

You will have many responsibilities, some will include:

� Evaluation of enquiries. Calculate costs and establish selling prices and lead times

� Deal with customer standard requirements i.e.. Price requests, technical clarifications, order processing, delivery processing, preparation of export documentation and after sales service

� Prepare estimates and tenders including technical compliance reviews, scope analysis, pricing structures and margin assessment

� Filter and prioritise tendering activities to ensure optimal business outcome and effective utilisation of resources

� Create where necessary, time line charts and issue to engineering / operations and monitor throughout the contract

� Prepare all necessary Documentation & Export Documentation to meet requirements of any purchase order

� Arrange for dispatch of Export Orders
