Our client is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to support the implementation of the companies Diversity and Inclusion Strategy plan.

This is an immediate start temporary assignment.

Initially home based, you must be able to attend an office in South Wales as and when required.

The successful candidate will work alongside Executive Directors, Leadership Team and Management Teams to continuously improve all People Management practices within the Diversity and Inclusion sphere.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Actively contribute, promote, and lead on Diversity and Inclusion
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain a continuous professional standard of Diversity and Inclusion across the organisation
  • Proactively develop working relationships and empower managers to engage and adopt the Diversity and Inclusion agenda both internally and externally
  • Identify and deliver against KPI’s
  • Proactively identify trends and patters and use initiative to improve all People Management practices
  • Key Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified (Level 7 Advanced)/Chartered Member of the CIPD or equivalent level HR Qualification
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of people management legislation and best practice
