Are you a User Researcher looking for your next project? We have a new position available working for a well known gaming and betting brand. You will be conducting end to end interaction focused User Research using various methods such as usability labs, focus groups, field research, surveys and analytics. Quantitative and qualitative research. You will be working with Head of Research and Product teams across the business to provide support and feedback on tasks and investigate brand performance using UX journeys.

You will have experience evaluating data using various methods and tools. Experience in analytics software preferable Adobe/Google Analytics. Be able to plan and conduct customer research methods such as design ethnography contextual research, lab based research, usability testing and focus groups. Experience working with various stakeholders. Comfortable using User testing tools such as What users do or or similar tools. Experience using Q Software
