:Support EUROPE SQA team in monitoring supplier performance, managing documentation and updating databases, assuring supplier compliance (New supplier approvals/re-approval) and ongoing documentation updates.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Verifying accuracy of current master supplier data by requesting information from the suppliers, reviewing for presence of supplier ingredient combinations, accuracy of site and contact information and audit details.
  • Will provide data, queries, analysis, background information where required.
  • Carry out initial contact with supplier for sites due for re-approval and review and collate the documentation required add it to the data base for other team members to verify and sign off.
  • Carry out initial contact with supplier for new supplier site requests and review and collate the documentation required, communicate to the appointed reviewer and add documentation to the data base to be verified and signed off.
  • Provide data maintenance for EUROPE records in PQP systems including data cleanup and maintenance of reference information.
  • Download reports from our supplier complaints system and prepare reports/trend analysis.
  • Experience required:

  • 5+ years of work experience. Preferably have qualifications in Food Science/Quality Assurance (but not essential)
  • Knowledge of data handling using spread sheet and data bases
  • Knowledge and experience of managing and checking data
  • Observant, accurate and consistent with a questioning attitude.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal for communicating with teams internally/suppliers
