Adecco Hull are currently recruiting for an experienced Retail Store Manager in the Beverley area

Main Duties

  • Deliver outstanding customer service

  • Drive performance and improvement along with general management duties & responsibilities

  • Drive product launches and in-store promotions/campaigns

  • Planning, prioritising and organising time and workload to ensure colleagues are supported

  • Team management, including rostering, training and supporting your team through regular performance review

  • Effectively communicating with both customers and colleagues

    • Interested applicants should have experience working within a management, supervisor or team leader position, excellent customer service and communication skills and up to date IT knowledge.
