We are looking for a driven customer service executive to join our innovative and rapidly expanding client in Ipswich! A challenging role that will test your existing skills and develop new ones to make you the best you can be!

The role involves working alongside the sales team to ensure customers are happy with their service and the company continues to grow through their excellent sales records.

The role

  • Processing payments for consumables orders
  • Taking incoming calls from customers to answer any problems or queries they may have
  • Resolving delivery issues- missing parcels, delayed deliveries
  • Escalating larger issues to the correct department when appropriate
  • Ensuring all cases and calls are logged on the system
  • Additional admin work where necessary to maintain a well-run office environment

    Monday- Friday

    7:30-4:30/8-5

    Potential to earn up to £23, per year

    What we need

    We are looking for someone with great customer service skills who is happy and confident talking over the phone with basic IT skills. Someone who has a really positive attitude and is respectful of the company’s values and fellow staff members. A family run business so a family orientated individual would be great for this role.
