Working alongside an experienced renal pharmacist you will develop into an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to develop your clinical pharmacy experience by providing pharmaceutical care to renal inpatients. You will provide a specialist, patient centred, safe and effective clinical pharmacy service to renal patients and across a variety of settings such as neurology, neurosurgery, dermatology and specialist surgery (ENT, Plastics and Ophthalmology). We are an innovative and well integrated team with a constant drive to develop new clinical pharmacy services in line with local and national strategy.

Joining our friendly and supportive team you will have the opportunity to gain and share knowledge within a diverse and challenging healthcare environment, while being supported to further develop your clinical skills in managing patients from various specialties, enhance your leadership skills and expand your management capabilities.

The post holder will be required to contribute to the weekend and public holiday rotas as per service requirements.

Hours of work are: 22.5 Hours worked over a 7 day week. Part time hours/days of the week are negotiable.
