We are seeking to recruit a Clinical Pharmacist to lead a team developing a patient centred, safe and effective Clinical Pharmacy service to older people with mental ill health.

You will develop and test a feasible practice model which follows a case load of patients along a pathway through care at home, in-patient care and care homes.

You will provide leadership in the implementation of advanced practice for people with frailty across acute and community sites. You will work with pharmacy colleagues in Dundee to develop experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate, Foundation and Advanced practice trainees.

Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) and have successfully completed Foundation training or equivalent. You should be an independent prescriber with experience in a relevant area, or be willing to work towards this.
