I’m currently working on a Retained Search for a Global Facilities Management Company who are seeking to hire a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to partner with the executive team to help run their fast-growing UK business.
This CFO Role has come about due to high levels of growth, long term strategic planning and will report directly to the UK CEO & Group CFO.
The CFO role for the Global Facilities Management Company has location throughout the UK so will have a significant amount of flexible working with the UK HQ used for senior leadership meeting based in the Southeast. The CFO reports to the UK CEO & Group CFO and has strong day to day interaction with the whole business.
This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and directly impact the bottom line. You will play a significant part in a dynamic business and have the ability to influence change. You will have a key part in developing not just the finance function but the whole company with initial focus on restructuring the finance function including all the systems implementation as well as the short-, mid- and long-term strategic planning of the business including due diligence and Acquisitions.
The role, due to the nature of the firm, will involve significant ad hoc project work.
The Global Facilities Management Company are ideally seeking an established qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) candidate that is entrepreneurial and commercially minded. Able to demonstrate extensive senior leadership experience including systems implementation.
Previous experience in large, listed companies would be highly advantageous but the core focus of the candidate search would for a candidate that has already made the transition into an SME and would currently be holding an FD or CFO position.
There would be a high priority for a candidate with a previous sector experience within Facilities Management, contract based business or recurring revenue business model but not restricted to for the right candidate.
The Global Facilities Management Company is very fast growing through organic and external acquisitions. The New CFO vacancy will sit in their HQ based in the Southeast but can work out of any of the locations and will also include flexible working.
Salary & Benefits
The Global Facilities Management Company are looking to pay the New CFO between £100,000 – £130,000 dependant on experience, plus annual bonus, and other benefits including flexible working.
