Great opportunity for an engineer to take up a senior role within a expanding and successful manufacturing business in Worcester.
The role would suit someone who has experience in a Food or FM CG setting and ideally wants a step up from engineer or has a desire to eventually move into management.
– The company have a proven track record for offering additional development which in turn leads to progression in skill set and position within the company.
The position will sit in between engineers on site and the site supervisor meaning you as the senior engineer will be on the tools but have added responsibilities such as managing engineers workload, assigning engineering tasks and attending senior management meetings.
Hours; 5:30am – 12:30am & 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Week one; Monday to Thursday (Friday off) weekend on (Monday off)
Week two; Tuesday to Friday on (Weekend off)
