About the Role
As a Project Manager within the Tech and Change function, your role is to support the business through the delivery of successful projects, ensuring that each project’s objectives are realised and that the project team works effectively.
You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that your projects are completed on time, within budget and managed within the PMO framework.

Skills and experience
Proven project management experience, ideally backed up with recognised standards-based qualifications.
Ability to tailor and apply best practice project management processes and tools to deliver your work.
A track record of delivery in a demanding, fast-moving environment. Used to working across complex projects as well as running multiple workstreams at pace.
Clear verbal and written communications. Adept at producing simple plans, roadmaps and status updates.
Excellent people management skills, able to motivate and coordinate a diverse project team, including external suppliers.
Good knowledge of business systems in a commercial environment, ideally from a retail and/or hospitality background.
